This site exists to give readers in Kenya a clear, independent account of one broker, Alpari. We are an editorial resource, not the broker. We hold no affiliation with it, we carry no accounts or deposits for anyone, and we do not sell financial services or give advice.
That independence is not a slogan. It is the reason the site can be useful to you at all, and it is the standard against which everything we publish should be judged.
Tell Us When We Get It Wrong
If something published here is inaccurate, out of date or unfair, we want to hear it. Every review is open to challenge, from a reader who has used the broker and found a different experience, from someone who spots a factual error, or from the broker itself. Reach us through the contact form on this site and set out which page and which statement you are questioning.
We read every message and we do not quietly delete a fair disagreement. Where a challenge holds up, we correct the page and say so. Where it does not, we explain our reasoning. Corrections are not buried; they are part of the record.
Show Where the Facts Come From
Our reviews rest on material we can point to: the broker's own published documents and the terms it attaches to accounts, information available to readers in Kenya about how the service can be accessed there, and the regulatory and legal context that applies to how such a firm may be described. We check facts against primary sources rather than against other review sites.
We also distinguish between what is documented and what is opinion. The description of terms, conditions or costs is a factual matter and should be verifiable. The assessment of whether those terms suit a particular reader is our judgment, and we say so when we are making one.
No single review can replace your own reading of the contract you would be entering into. That is the limit of what we do, and we would rather state it plainly than imply otherwise.
Return to Pages as Things Change
Broker terms, costs and the way a service operates do not stay still. We revisit published pages on a regular schedule and sooner when something material changes or when a reader or the broker raises a credible concern. Each page should reflect the position at the time it was last reviewed.
Where a change is significant, we update the page rather than leaving older statements standing next to newer ones. The purpose is that a reader arriving today is not relying on wording that no longer holds.
Keep the Money Away From the Verdict
The site serves readers in Kenya who are comparing their options and want an account that is not written to sell them something. It pays for itself through the ordinary mechanics of running an independent publication, and the commercial side is kept separate from the editorial judgment. No payment, advertising arrangement or other commercial relationship buys a verdict, a higher position or softer wording.
What we will not do is equally fixed. We will not accept payment for a favourable review, we will not remove a fair criticism, we will not pass ourselves off as the broker, and we will not present speculation as established fact. We do not promise outcomes, and we do not tell you what to do with your money.
Read This as a Map, Not a Guarantee
A review can tell you what is documented, what is disputed and how a firm describes its own terms. It cannot tell you how your own experience will unfold, whether a service will perform as advertised in every case, or what is right for your circumstances. Those are matters for you, and where appropriate for professional advice from someone who knows your position.
